Max and the Big Red Bone

Max likes big plush chew toys like this red bone. Of course, he also tends to destroy them pretty quickly...Heather now enforces a rule that she will only sew up one hole a night. After he rips open a second hole, he has to put the toy away!

Max at Christmas

Max got celebrate his first Christmas in lots of different places...at home in Chicago (next to the radiator!), up in Wisconsin with Grandma Lander, and down in Indiana with Brad's family. The stuffed reindeer was a present from Brad's brother Rob...Max loved it, but it didn't last very long!

Watching TV

Now that Max has gotten bigger, he's found a new way to watch TV...

Max usually goes to doggie day care (don't laugh!). He is taking a break while he is recovering but here are some pics the owner has taken over the past few months.

BullyFest

Here are some recent pictures of Max. Today we went to the Chicago English Bulldog Rescue annual event and Max saw a lot of dogs that looked like him! Unfortunately Mommy's camera was acting up, so she didn't get as many pictures of Max playing with other dogs as she would have liked. But we all had fun and ran into Nathan and LeAnn with their dog Spike!
